Thought I'd share what I got going on right now, it's a great balance in speed / stamina.

+18% Speed
+65% Stamina
Using it with a Micro Uzi Metal too which has 91 portability

You don't have 18 speed. That's just your gear in general. But your backpack is decreasing speed, utility is -5? so thats 13 speed.

Anyway, I like your setup c: I'm using:

Cyclops dana: +7 speed.
Anti Flash Goggles: +3 speed.
ReconV:+15
Modular backpack: -5 speed.
20 Speed overall, I'm going to try this shapka+tactical mask setup .

I forgot about the backpack! Fuuuu but ive played so much and notice the increase in stamina much more rewarding than some speed. The stamina also helps with steady hand for hardscoping
