hey i see you from south africa! me2 xD im live in cape Town
you will only get banned if u tamper your stats but if you join a xp lobby you wont be banned
but its very hard to get banned if you use a trainer just dont use a DLL

VAC isn't active in Ghosts.
As far as I know, there isn't any ban caused by Lobby tool released here.
