    Upgrading My PC

    Hello everyone!

I am planning on upgrading my PC and I have already selected the items I want to buy but I am not sure if I could "combine" them all and if its not too much or too little for my requirements.

    My current specs:

    Radeon HD 7750 1GB DDR3
    4GB RAM DDR3
    AMD Athlon II X4 645 3.10Ghz
    1280x1024 Monitor Resolution
    Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC.
    Model: M4A78LT-M

    I would like those:

    GTX 760 2GB GDDR5
Another 4GB RAM to make it 8GB
    Intel Core i5-4670K
    1920x1080 Monitor Resolution

I would mainly like to play Battlefield 4 with High/Medium settings (Don't need ultra) with solid 60+ fps and maybe Minecraft with shaders with 60+ fps. Aaaand Planetside 2 with High/Medium with good FPS.

ok,first of all its good that you asked and didnt just buy it right away,so
if you want to upgrade your CPU the socket needs to be the same on the new proccessor as on the new one that you are willing to buy,so a intel 4670k wont fit into your motherboards socket, the ram has to be able to be in dual channel ,and your motherboard needs to support it,and you should take the exact same ram with the same clock speeds to not have any issues, allmost all the modern graphics cards fit into the PCI Express 16x slots without a problem, but they might drain more wattage then your power supply can deliver ,and a 1080p monitor will easily work with a 760,just check they both have hdmi compatible components (or vga,and dvi..whatever)and yea..
and make sure that they all fit into your case.
In your case id go with a better GPU and not get such a overkill 4670k for 760..and AMD graphics cards are cheaper at those price ranges.
if you want more information ,tell us exacly what your specs are
thank you,and thank me if i helped you

    Budget ?
    PSU ?

You will have to replace your Mobo.
In case your strictly want Nvidia/Intel combo:
    CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($225.99 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 76.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($24.98 @ OutletPC)
    Motherboard: ASRock H87M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($72.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card ($249.99 @ NCIX US)
    Total: $573.95

I'm assuming you have MicroATX case(because your mobo is microATX)

Budget? Well I am still collecting money and the max I think I will get to is €500 which is $673.
    PSU? I have no idea.

I don't strictly want Nvidia/Intel combo. I just want something that will get me good fps with the games I listed for the cheapest price possible. I like AMD cards and processors and they are cheaper but I heard people saying that they are a bit worse...
If possible could you tell me an AMD/AMD combo like you did with the Nvidia/Intel? That would be greatly appreciated

    CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor ($184.98 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 76.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($24.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock 880GM-LE FX Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($64.98 @ SuperBiiz)
    Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($80.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: XFX Radeon R9 280X 3GB Video Card ($298.99 @ Amazon) or Video Card: Asus Radeon R9 280X 3GB Video Card ($309.99 @ Amazon)
    Total: $654.92

    Something nice and very powerful.
You can pick up FX-8320 and add a new ~650W PSU(I'm pretty sure your current PSU wouldn't be able handle 8350 and 280X).
Not sure would the GPU fit, tho(I hope it's short enough)

Yes, I know it is .
It's faster then 770 and Asus' 280x is very overclockable(great cooling and other useful stuff).

Overall in current real world applications the 770 is slightly better than 280x

Open the case an look at you power supply, usually at the top/bottom and it looks like a brick with a ran on it and a power switch..mostly.
check around there on the lables if it maybe tells you anything about wattage or model number

Ok thx for updating us,i think this will not be enough for any serious hardware swap..you should get 600-800 watts in this build if you want to upgrade it without worrying about it..i recommend corsair but you can really go with any well known brand
always check out reviews on youtube of what you are willing to buy,or ask us
thank me if i helped you
