Basically talks about reporting guys he sees. He goes through extensive lengths just to get them banned, even though he hacks himself.

Why the hell is that deserving of CS? First of all, it's completely irrelevant to MPGH, and he's just starting a conversation. Second of all, why does it concern, and you why are you so butthurt by it? Thirdly, I would nominate ​you for CS, but I see you've already got your mouth full.
