So what's up with this episode? The antagonist goals are really stupid, "lets destroy the world!" such a great idea. And don't forget about Biribiri... I mean Kanon and her electric powers being difussed by electricity? Seems legit.

Yep positive. The plot doesn't really pick up till episode 6 or so, before that it's just them running around helping people and crying.

Nah, it was a joke. Since I was thinking "This is Toaru in an post-apocalyptic environment" and especially because one of the girls and antagonists "Kanon" can use electricity. And also there's a lot of blatant symbolism that bothered me in the recent episodes but it was really heavy this episode.
