Unban "J Cole"

Ok so I made my j cole account like what 7 months ago, over time I became to be a trusted member of the ava section. Sold a sht ton off accounts with them going first never had a problem now I log in yesterday night to find out I was banned for "ban evasion". At first wasn't sure what this meant so I asked around. The thing is j cole was my first and only account not sure if this is a mistake or something.
