I think the new Catholic Pope is genius, He's getting rid of all that crap people have been saying in the past that's really been making religion seem stupid by completely overhauling our churches basic beliefs, all while somehow keeping the public on his side. He's an utter genius.

I get your point on an ethnic standpoint, but abortion is only done before a certain point of consciousness, there's a set point where it's considered developing, it has no mental capability, and then there's actual life. You can't abort it when it gets past that point.

Death penalty and abortion are two different things, because abortion involves the termination of a developing life-form that has no ability to use basic thought process/life functions, and really only has embryonic stem cells to develop the body.

Death penalty actually involving the snuffing, or execution of a living life form. They comprehend it, because they have the ability to perform basic thought process and feeling.
