Please post the full error code, from what I can see you don't have access to one of the directories the program uses.

I didn't implement those because since it's a BETA release, I wanted to see what common errors showed up so I could patch and release a fully functional version.

Yes, do what he said. This is your main error:

You don't have access to it, if you're running Vista try running it as Admin if you're not doing so already.
