Dude u have an option 2 start in and stop it doesnt harm ur computer u start it with a hotkey get in glitch and stop it with another hot key Simple after u stop it it wont lag until u strt it again -_- Yes it does help u glitch cuz in order 2 glitch u need lag most ppl dont lag this helps lag so it helps get in glitches
