Still waiting for a reply on the build above. Also not sure if I want the Windows 8.1, the more I read the more I think I will choose to stay with Windows 7.
After weeks of thinking, getting help from everywhere, and changing the whole build several times, I think I have now come to my final one, here it is

But i think u need a better PSU with those parts

Thanks for replying, still thinking about the last little thing, i7-4770 or i5-4670K, not going to overclock, and they do fit my budget, that's the thing I mostly check. Also I doubt I would need more than 750 watts, would like someone else to comment on that.
Edit: And which one of these should I get, they are the same price
Current on I chose - GIGABYTE Z87-HD3 Intel Z87 Chipset, ATX Mainboard w/ 4 RAM slots, 7.1 HD Audio, HDMI, GbLAN, USB 3.0, SATA-III, 1x Gen2 PCIe x16, 1x Gen2 PCIe x4, 2x PCIe x 1 & 2x PCI
OR - MSI Z87-G43 Intel Z87 Chipset, ATX Mainboard w/ 4 RAM slots, 7.1 HD Audio, HDMI, GbLAN, USB 3.0, SATA-III, 2x Gen2 PCIe x16, 2x PCIe x 1 & 3x PCI

Thanks, I will probably stick with the 4770. What is your opinion on the PSU? Ex0rPl4net thinks 750 watts is not enough.
Also the motherboard choice, both with same price

A 780ti will draw alot of power, and with those parts id go with a Z87-G45, its not way more expensive but its better and will fit the fastest GPU on the market

750W will be plenty. Only go for more if you think you're going to go SLi in the future. As for mobo, doesn't really matter. I've had very good experience with the Gigabyte HD3 and the UEFI is very easy to use. Up to you, just figure out which one has the more useful features for you.

Thank you, I will stick to the Gigabyte MOBO, and thinking about going down to even 700 watts PSU.

I don't plan to overclock, or go SLI or anything, what I might do is add a couple of more fans to the case, really not sure about going over 700W.
