Don't turn the chams on until you're in the lobby of the game room you're going to play in. ONLY turn the chams on. Leave no fog off. When the game is ending and you're about to get your EXP and GP turn the chams off. Pawn and repeat ^_^. For some reason I get errors sometimes when I leave them on. Such as memory can not be read click OK to close process, etc. BTW I also inject the d3d9.dll from my system32 folder before I inject the chams.
