if you want to validate you paypal account i suggest you go to netspend.com and open a debit card there, you dont need your ssn or drivers license or anything like that, feel free to put in fake info if you want, after you're done go to the add/mange money tab and go to paypal transfers after that follow the instructions and validate your account (it takes around 3-5 days for the deposit to come in your new fake bank account )
