Steelseries Siberia V2 Frost Blue Help

Not sure if this is the right section but random stuff is posted here so...

Anyone that's experienced with headets or has a pair of the Steelseries Siberia V2, please help me out. Just bought a pair last week and they shipped in today. Installed the SS Engine and updated the Siberias (after plugging in). After plugging them in, the LED lights turned on but I got no sound whatsoever. I go on my applications (under sound manager) and Google Chrome doesn't show up (no program will show up). Anyone know how to fix this?

Running Windows 7 btw.

Tried to run Itunes and Mumble. Both showed up on my applications but I couldn't get sound out of them.

You went under your applications, but did you go to your Audio Devices and set the Headphones as the primary output?
