• They can ban
• They control more than one section usually
• They can edit things we cannot i believe. like removing redirects when we forget to remove them.
• They get an [MPGH] tag
• They get more respect from people

our ban stick is locked up in a safe, and only mods know the combination.
we have to ask them to unlock it for us when we want somebody banned.

The main thing these minions and mods need to learn is what a forum is. That is what most of them lack. They treat the sections like a fucking prison. That is why CA section is the biggest.
