BF4 BETA LAN COMPATABLE EMULATOR

i am looking into this and i need a team
1) How long will this take
2) How many persons do i need

I have lots of knolage in vb.net and starting C++ and C#
i have
1) Bf4 beta client
2) bf4 alpha server

The reason why i chose the beta is it will be alot easier then the real game

and please dont tell me its not possible just look at Emulator Nexus and AlterIWnet (fourdeltaone)

If you're starting with C++, then I definetly DON'T recommend you to start a complicated project like this.
You need to have a lot of expirience to be able to make an emulator.
(You need more then C++ knowledge, tho)
