The mangaka for Gantz is drawing the artwork and the mangaka for Ichi the Killer is drawing the story. I really loved both manga (Gantz up until the vampire thing) so I'm really psyched for this new manga. January 28th is the fateful day we get a chapter, I'm sure it'll be awesome.

Yeah, Gantz and Ichi the Killer are pretty damn graphic. I mean come on! The ending for Ichi the Killer was

Gantz kinda started to suck around halfway with the twilight shit it was pulling, the ending didn't help either... but I still liked it.

Yeah, the Gantz author is writing the story while Ichi's is writing. Ichi the Killer was somewhat short (~10 volumes) and pretty entertaining. Gantz had it's time but it got kinda bland..
