combat arms is coded in C#/C++ so....C#/C++ would be the best program
to hook it...

Hey, it's not a program it's a language as I understand. ASM, AutoIT,C,C++,D,Visual Basic,Java? (for Runescape ROFL) would work for hacks.

the language used to make the hacks depends on what language the game was made in.
also, it's a lot of work so you need to know what it's like. it could take you a month before you get good at coding.

This isnt something you can do over night it takes time and patients to learn coding/hacking.
