So I am afraid of using the cheat engine with the bypass and being banished.

lol, you will not be banned from your original accout, just change the fking ip in cmd:

ipconfig /release
then
ipconfig /renew
=
new ip.

Your account wont be banned by IP, if you got banned will be because of game reporter system or if someone reports you at Garena forum.,.
So changing or IP or not makes no difference.
