If you have a dynamic IP just restart your modem and/or router. You can do that by accessing the settings page in your browser. The address is usually on the router/modem itself or just google "model name configuration address." If you can't find it or don't know the password you can just unplug your router/modem for a minute then plug it back in to restart it.
If you have a static IP then it is not so easy to change. You can usually call your ISP and have them change it for you. You could also use a VPN. Free ones are usually slow and insecure. But for about $7/month you can get a fast secure VPN service with multiple exit server locations and IP addresses.
