Why ?
- Xbox 360 is dedicated to a type of gamers and PS3 to another kind.
And what type of gamers would that be?

If you like car games get a xbox 360.
Reason: Forza 3
There are lots of racing games of both consoles. Forza 3 isn't a big enough reason for racing fans to fork over $199 or $299.

If you like FPS games get a 360.
PS3 has great FPS games too. Why would Xbox 360 be the better choice for FPS games?

If you need a console with bluray get PS3.
There are many more reason to buy a PS3 other than Blu ray.

I would say ps3 is good for movies and 360 is good for games.
But Xbox 360 can access Netflix. So it's an even tie right?

If you have money get both !

on a PC, they dont have standard PC Requirements for games, so usually if you dont have a hard core gaming computer, you have to upgrade every 2-3 years to play the newest and best games. a console can stay out for 5 years, and all the games for it are playable, up to the very last release before the console is outdated.

Its pretty obvious that people root for their own team when it comes to games and consoles. i used to have a wii, and i got made when people made fun of it for its shitty, well...everything. but now i have a real console, a 360. i have never used the ps3, so i cannot judge it. but from what i hear, its pretty good. im gonna stick with my 360 though.
