Sudden Lag Spikes?

Ever since the M4A1-Iron Beast patch came out, I have been getting lag spikes from 110-250 when my normal is 85-100. Any one know how to reduce it? I have gone through all my files and deleted crap from it and task managed some programs that were running for no reason so I closed those and I still get lag spikes. I never run background programs like the internet etc.

Are you the only one using your internet? I've been getting similar constant lag spikes.

I'm guessing that's your ping instead of the FPS.. I would suggest getting Auto Close and it will remotely close everything that you need and will not take up space when doing so like game booster etc. And also you can't fix the Ping due to the fact that it is server sided and where you currently are.
