Votifier "spam" method?

Anybody know anything about a votifier spam method? I know you could use scripts and change IPs to vote multiple times but that's too slow. I'm wondering if people know how to do it and can do it for me?

Also, don't give me the "they don't exist" because I've seen people done it before.

They dont exist, All you do is vote without going on for a few days and your votes stack

Dazed405 is correct. Even if you did change your IP, most sites dont even allow you to enter the same username twice. Votifier "spam" methods simply do. not. exist.
