Question about Signature

I have a few questions about editing the signature and Avatar

First of how do I make my Signature a Gif Picture
Second, How do i make my avatar a gif picture

For sigs:Use an image hosting site such as Imgur or Tinypic and use BBCode [IMG] tags for larger sigs and .gif sigs.
For avatar: For a .gif to work as an Avatar, its total size has to be below your upper kb limit, which is found under the Settings.
