CA wont connect to servers

For some reason alot of the times i load up CA and it will just sit there trying to connect to servers. So i close it and same thing happens eventually it will connect after i close and restart. but i really wont to kno how to fix it so i can connect everytime i launch CA

either restart CA one or two times, or restart your computer, also if it continues alt-tab out of CA and just goof around on here or something for like 5 minutes and then check back.
