Well, Worms is a bundle so almost no cost on that, and all the discounts on l4d, garrys, terraria and portal... well that doesnt cost 264 Eur..

I buyed all this games without the little discount.If you want you can simple buy that from steam.But not all people use every discount.

Well, when buying an account, the buyer doesnt care about at what price the game was bought so its the same price if you used discount or not
