How to talk as someone else In-Game

How do you post a screenie of you talking as someone else? if you do it properly, it'll come out almost exactly like the other person was talking, like so:
Me:Wow hack more.
Random Guy: Yep enjoy those hacks don't you?

The point of the trick is to use up just enough space on the top bar so that the next part of the text - the Victim's name - goes on the bottom, as if they were the ones who were talking.

Nice it works like a charm only if your trying to get someone on the other team introuble it still comes out as white for other teamates not orange.

All it does is say my name, then under that, it says the message... It doesn't talk as some one else ftw?? How I Fix?

When I paste on CA it looks like:

and the [] stands for the little square u get if you press ctrl + backspace on windows XP...
