Infinity Ward has released a new hot fix for Ghosts which added the new Infected classes and the Heavy Duty mode.

The hot fix also has balanced the snipers a little more, and fixed some exploits. This new fix is live now on Xbox One, PS4, PS3, PC, and Xbox 360.

New Features:

Heavy Duty mode.
5 squad points granted to each soldier at the initial 5 levels of progression.
New loadouts added to Infected mode.
Weapon Balance:

Reduction in the flinch benefit of the Focus perk for Sniper Rifles.
ADS speed reductions and further adjustments to Sniper Rifle settings.
Additional Fixes:

Field Order adds 100xp on pickup.
Fix for unlimited perks.
Invisible exploit fix.

Agreed, and I also thought the unlimited perk was patched previously for some reason as I remember reading something for Nightmare's unlimited perk about it being already fixed??? Not to mention the whole VAC thing not 64-bit compatible etc.

Got me thinking though... how do activision analyse and counter hacks that can constantly change? What stops them from finding this website, registering a forum login and downloading a hack to reverse engineer?

What stops them ? Their laziness.
VAC scans for changes in game's memory.
And no, Nightmare hasn't fixed Unl. perks.

You can still try if realy is fixed, select special mask for head and add some value to headgear to see if head desapear, well, now change uniform value higher then normal, if in menu apear some strange gun and no background instead of soldier is done, try play online if will reset in game to basic uniform.

Not all bugs are patched, you can boost specialist perks reward, to be more exactly, this will not give you more perks but will boost grace period, every kill will more and more eazy...
