I would say in a fair offer that it's around $30-$40 Usd conservatively.

Just a tip, a good way to raise the value very quickly is to finish a lot of quests, each quest raises the value some, like, if you do the brink of extinction, it would raise the value about $15. The harder the quest, the more it's worth.
