Prestige question

When I try and change my prestige through CE and King's Ultimate trainer, my prestige on the leaderboards is 9, even though I changed it to 7. I even went ahead and experimented with it, and when I changed it to 6 or below it said my prestige was 2. What's going on? Did IW change anything, to make it so everyone knows we cheated?

Maybe some kind of value multiplier like one BO2 had..(open BO2 address table and you'll see that most of them have multiplier..)
