When you have a virus, please perform the following options: (If an option doesn’t work, skip it. Keep going down until one of them works).
Please note that malwarebytes removes malware. Malware includes adware, spyware, tracking cookies and infectors (worms, viruses, Trojans, backdoors, toolkits). Spyware (sometimes called adware) collects information about you without appropriate notice and consent while a computer virus spreads software, usually malicious in nature, from computer to computer.
Before trying the options below, please scan your computer with the website below to find out which form of infection your computer has.

OPTIONS TO REMOVE YOUR VIRUS:
After you confirm you have a virus/malware/adware with the website posted above, here are the possible options you can take.
Step 3 should only be done if you know what you are doing.
1. The first step is to try a program known as “Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.38”. You can find this program at Download.com by searching “Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.38” in the search box. After downloading it, install it and scan your computer for viruses. After the scan is complete, remove the virus. If your computer still shows signs of infection after the scan and reboot, please try option two.
2. Depending on if you want to remove and protect yourself on a certain type of infection, download one of the following. To ensure the removal of the virus, installing both of the following is recommended.
To help protect against spyware, try Windows Defender. (Windows Defender is built into Windows Vista.) To help protect against viruses, try Windows Live OneCare or software from another antivirus provider. If these don’t work, go to the bottom of this answer and try one of those anti-viruses.
3. LAST RESORT: If you cannot seem to remove this virus, I suggest then wiping the harddrive clean. Back up everything on your computer in case this doesn’t work. Try a hard disk wipe tool like DBAN, its free, it will reset the hard disk to factory settings (no partitions, you will do that again). Do this ONLY if you know what you are doing.
If you think that’s too much, just format the drives individually, non-windows drives first, and the finally the windows drive using a windows boot disk (most windows disks are bootable). Format the disks by using the format command, "format". Not to complicated.
