Steps:
1. Download the Chrome proxy extension: Falcon Proxy
2. Add a proxy under manual with the ip 200.65.127.161 PORT: 80
3. go to origin.com WITHOUT PROXY ON
4. At that page turn on the proxy and search ,in your case, BF4 (w.e game u want)
5. the page should now be in Spanish and click on the item you want and add to card.
6. Keep proxy on until you reach checkout (don't be logged in)
7. at the screen that TELLS you to log in switch proxy off (should still be Spanish)
8. Purchase game, recommended that you use Paypal and not credit card directly.

This allows you to get a key from origin.com for half price by using a mexican proxy.
