This is patched really easily by just replacing the ban command with something silly. Which in turn would make this command useless.

Instead, to bypass this "anti-cheat":
1. Change names of about everything if you use a public script. This includes anything in the .lua file itself.
2. Don't keep sv_cheats or similiar values set to 1. Only set them to 1 for a short amount of time.
3. Double check your files to see if any of them still use any commands in that list. Make sure the ones you use are unique to you.
