Help me find this game?

I dont remember a lot of details about the game, only a few.

I played it long ago, probably 6 years ago.

I think it was RTS, you could like put people in cells, imprison them, question them and put them on electric chair. Also i remember you could sound alert and then people would take their guns and stuff.
I think there was the button for sounding the alarm at the bottom of the screen.


I know thats not a lot of details, but i dont remember more and i would really like to play this game again.

No it was RTS i think.
Its doesent have a prison theme.

It was like military thing.
Something like c&c red alert i think.
