Best Permanent Sniper in AVA?

According to my research, the best pointman weapon is AKS-74U Desmodus, the best rifleman weapon is the G36 Alligator.
I already have the desmodus and I am getting a lot of AP soon to get other things. So lets get to the point...

I know that the best snipers are M40A5, FR-F2 (mid-range) and Mosin Nagant (CQC sniper). I am not sure whether to waste my AP on mega capsules and try to get a permanent FR-F2 or just get a Mosin with red tickets from the capsule shop.
Any advice is appreciated.

Mosin Kik Fr @ss tried both Best is Mosin By far Faster More Dmg + Range
Only bad Thing is Reload Time Other Then That Its Great

Best sniper that's still perm is PGM, FR F2 is best overall. Mosin is good but tags too much for my liking now. Same with M40, ASW and TPG both beat it imo

it was nice when Fr Was perm but now want good sniper
you have to buy Timed or Red Cap one there are no good sniper even at blue cap
Mosin it Tag allot but over all have more Accuracy+Rang+Speed then the Fr

But it's Really Up to the user Try The Mosin and The Fr see what you like more
Some ppl play better With Fr Then mosin other Play With mosin better
Its All Depends On your Play style

Best is Mosin :3 I Used it And its Very fast The ammo thing is a bit bad but if you have a good pistol and your swift your good to go ^^ Trust me get mosin

Yah id say the pgm is an over all really good scope and you dont even have to buy it Its similar to the fr...and as for the mosin Its good for quickswicthers..a fun fast sniper I enjoy all three but its generally up to the users preferences

PGM Quick ? how is that Its slower then TPG its not close to mosin Speed
PGM Slowest in game but has the highest Dmg by far
Fastest is DSR follow by mosin then M40 Then Fr Then ASW Then AMW then TPG Then PGM

I have used a TPG, FR-F2, Mosin, PGM, M40, ASW and AWM. The TPG has a slow scope but it has only tagged once for me. I would prefer a sniper that offers the mobility of a FR-F2 and one as effective as the Mosin.

I can snipe with the default sniper and its useless ammo so I think I can handle the other snipers here. The Mosin suits my gameplay style. I will get some money and euros... Co-op Helper...

I will end up buying a:
1. Mosin Nagant (I got the Vasila Zaytsev skin so I can use it as a Zaytsev Custom )
2. PGM (until I get my FR-F2, just if I feel like using this sniper)
3. FR-F2 (if I can get a hold of a permanent one from an event)

Thanks guys ... my next task is to find the best perm pistol but I will save that for another thread.

And you Should have the Fast Snipe and the Strong mean the mosin and the pgm the 2 just in case you need more dmg

Kinda late on this, but your research sounds like just watching IeSF finals since most pointmen are DMs and riflemen are G36 Alligators in those games. LOL (Just seems like it. If you really research/tested guns, then I apologize for the remark.)

As for perm pistols, I'd use a Beretta (can get a perm from BG, with patience), or a FN57. Glock Neon is nice, but is "harder" to obtain.
