Who told you that was good enough to sell?
Okay so I'm good enough to do GFX for money, does anyone know any sites or something where I can do so?
Here's something I just made.
Who told you that was good enough to sell?

I'm going to be straight with you; this is not at an acceptable/respectable standard of quality to sell. You seem to be quite new at graphic design, and let me tell you now, this is the wrong mindset to have starting out.
Don't think, "Ooh I can do something new and shiny", let's see if I can sell it. You will know your work is at a decent standard when people are approaching you for your work at respectable art communities, such as dA.
You need to aim to improve, to respect yourself - don't seek to do GFX for money, you should be doing it for fun and to better your skills. If you believe you want to go sell that quality of art then maybe you should reconsider your hobbies.

You always need opinions. This is the world of art, not mathematics. You think you have some pretty high quality work to show? Then show it. You've already shown some, and I wouldn't say the response has been positive. What makes you think your other works are worth money? I think the responses in a month is absolutely indicative of this.
I run a GFX business on this certain other forum I'm not supposed to mention.
I think you should get a little more practice before you start selling. Maybe do a GFX service?
In my honest opinion, I don't think this is ready to be worth money just yet. Keep working and it'll get better.
Not good enough to be sold.
Please press Thanks/Rep+ me if I helped you in anyway

Keep working at it to get a higher quality finish, Right now it looks like a basic avatar which almost anyone can throw together.
I suggest just messing around with a stock picture and seeing what all the filters an effects do an go in a direction that suits your style.
Not good enough to sell but i have seen some pretty crazy things happen in my life.
