Ok first off, when you export or publish something it is all contained within the SWF. If you are talking about linkages being removed, it could be due to your decompiler. So check on that. What could be happening is you have a bug in your coding you have missed rendering the client broken.

I want to clarify that the ACTION folder is missing when i open the published swf in Sothink decompiler. also If there is no way to do this, then is there a way to take the normal AQW client and make it work with my PS files ?

There are already compiler errors when i publish the swf even without making any changes, and it still bugs out.

Thats because your decompiler causes script errors. What do you mean that the action folder is missing. That makes absolutely no sense. I think that you are just mis using your decompiler/not fixing the script issues that exist.

So when i open the bugged client file in so think after publishing it, where the action folder (which contains the as3 files) would have been, it is not.
This means that when its being published, flash is not including the as3 files due to compiler errors or for some other reason.

Also, you do make a good point as when i use AS3 sorcerer to decompile it gives me entirely different compiler errors than sothink, but still results in the same bug where the swf plays like a movie in the login screen.

What decompiler should i be using? Are there certain settings i should be using when first decompiling the files in sothink?

Right now im decompiling as fla and export version is CS6

Yep, this totally doesnt give you the basics to setting up almost every non hamachi server. Then there is googling and youtube.
