Yes, you have to be the host, and you have to have a pretty good connection.

It's possible to change speed for a single player, but i don't think for the jump

You can only reduce other players speed, jump is fixed at host value and afect all. Easy to avoid most of the options, like norun, nojump, unfreaze player or back down from sky, personaly i think this is useless. In mw3 i was used player killed tag to change all player name to only one, no need to be host and will make this trainer useless, however is easy crash server and for who have problem to host is not nice.

But like i say before. I dont like this in pub lobby 'cuz, must to be free for all. And usualy soon the game will patched by players report and maybe will start ban for all, like was for mw2 at febrary .
