Hey, I need a thread design made. I SUCK at them and I have my own Graphic Effects business I am setting up and I could really use one like the one below. If you're setting up a graphic effects business...how do you think to realize it succesfully if you aren't any good doing designs?
You...apply basic filters for 10 cents each?

Adobe After Effects wouldn't be needed to do this. With the new Photoshop CC out, this is very possible to do.

You mean animations?
Photoshop CS4+ does that already.

Click on Timeline, it's at the bottom on your pic, of the dropdown menu. That's where you do animations.

It must have changed on CS6, which is one of the reason why I don't use it.
