He's right, it's the best you can do. Even if you're ban is permanent, make sure to send in a ticket(ban appeal), they might take a look at your account and the reasons they banned it.
BTW, I find that very unlikely, are you sure you didn't use any hacks, (VIP or Public, like Co-op Helper by Jabberwo0ck)?.
GM's can enter on lobbies, even if they are password protected, and spectate you without you even knowing it.

Still pretty easy. Make a DB Script that checks the Delay between kills and calculate the average value. Its verry unlikely that a legit player constantly has 20 kills per second.

Obviously we haven't played in a room together legitimately. LOL, just playing.

But yeah, to take an account that you've spent $900+ on and go to a fucking capsule shop and spam is absolutely retarded. There's only 2 counted caps now. They go down really quickly. Why the fuck would you spam at all? People like you make the capsule shop an unwelcome place for everyone but other spammers.
I mean, yes, their reaction is a little overboard, but I don't disagree with Aeria on this one. It (tries to) block(s) you from spamming for a reason. If you get around that, then yes, you might get banned.
I also highly doubt that this was your first offense.
I want proof (i.e. a screenshot of the ticket), or I call complete and utter bullshit.
