    Is it possible...

    Is it possible for your computer to download something without your knowledge for just clicking on a site? For example if I clicked on a link someone sent me, could something, such as a keylogger download in the backround without my knowlege. I have no computer knowledge and am paranoid as fuck thanks.

    Im running windows seven and i scanned wtih malware bytes and nothing popped up so I think im good
