If I can find one, I'll get a fix for it..

1. Are these done in paint?
2. If so, what format are you saving them in?

Yes, and PNG.
All other formats make the pixels go blurry n stuff up.

Ahhh, I was doing it in JPG and it seemed to work pretty well.

It leaves pinkish pixels around for me.

One things for sure, don't use GIF or BMP, both cause loss of color and make the picture look shitty.

It came up with an error for me:

Also, dam. .TopMost makes it most active but it don't go on top. WDF?!
