Let me get this straight before I dive in:
You took out your old laptop HDD, and used it in your PS3 for extra storage, correct? If so, did you format it beforehand?
I took the hard drive of my laptop to my ps3 a year ago, and now I've reseted it to windows again to use on my laptop while my desktop pc is currently broken.
After getting Windows back on hard drive, my pc does a strange error when I turn it on.
Says Exiting Intel PXE ROM.
I made sure on the "Boot" panel of BIOS that HDD was 1 and TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-L633F (PM) was 2. Also when internet searching this, I read that booting the computer while holding 0 would start some sort of hidden recovery. I tried a few times and it would just load into the PXE-MOF error and beep really loud.
The computer is relatively new. Maybe 3 years and hasn't had any viruses or any other problems of the sort. I'm really short on money right now, I'm a full time student, and was wondering if any one had a lead to what I should do next? Thank you.
Ps: Should I open my laptop and remove the baterry and put it again?

From what I've gathered, the issue isn't to do with the OS, but the Drive itself. Have you removed and re-inserted the drive? I know it sounds silly, but it's entirely possible that there's a bad connection, and it isn't being properly recognized. Do you have any other computers, or friend's computers you can test the drive in?

I changed the format of the drive on my desktop, so just there I can see the drive is good, cause it worked on my desktop :S
I don't know what to do more..my desktop is a rock, won't start any game, so I need my laptop for playing Rust, just bought it and I can't play :/
