I think it is not lag or hacking. Sometimes, when you are human, you wont see your hands or weapons and zombies cannot infect you. Sometimes, as in that pic, you can infect human for many times......I think it is a bug or sth like that... You are lucky to be in that game.

That happened once when I was in Showdown, I think what the guy did (based on what he said at least) was alt-tab out while it was loading and then alt-tab in right after. After that he had like a glitchy god mode apparently.

Happened Before lol. Its a major lag spike like someone said above from alt-tabbing after a while. Usually happens if you get infected at the same time you alt-tab. Then its massay kills deaths exp and GP
