True. But if you think about it most scam websites(or whatever you want to call them) usually are ex-USSR based. It's a generalization, but, if the website has lots of views and good reports, then (usually) they'll give a good review about the website.

That's why all legit stores should have verisign or the like, to show that they in fact, are legit.
