    I'm confused and new

    OK can someone help me figure this out it's probably simple.
    I am the admin of the computer. it still asks me all the time to grant access to stuff.
    but my problem is when i goto add a dll into perx it won't let me it says i don't have permission to open this file.... i made sure in properties that i have full access. and run perx as admin from start.. i don't know can someone help?

    Also, run things as admin. Dont just double click.
