A crosshair helps you with FPS shooting games, it's basically the cross in the middle of your screen when you have a normal gun out. In Combat Arms, it's in the middle of your screen when you're in game, and it is normally green.
However, with these crosshairs, the crosshair won't expand, it will stay in the middle of the screen as you shoot.

It is a like a cross or in this thread a circle. It is in the middle of the screen to help aim better at enemys.
