When i want install skin with skin installer ultimate, he doesnt work. When i put IG skin 1.1 in author white windows and do what i want, i got only 1 skin title to install (the "name" file) with 78 files in. But when i install, skins doesnt work in game :/

Okay, Simple fix, just rename the folder (the loginS4 to loginVelkoz) and it works fine and then the void's Ron Jeremy isn't calling you sexy...
