Gmod IP Logger

I know its possible, as long as the server has ULX, I've seen my friend do it (him and some other guy made a private ip logger)
What it basically does is when you click "download" it downloads the ulx logs (a .txt file) of the players who connected it shows their steamid, ip, etc. (It doesn't work in the new ulx version since it only shows their ID's, not IP's)
So what I was wondering, if anyone could help me find one of these.
Proof - PasteBin - (He logged these from a server a few days ago)

ULX is free, just look on it's Source Code and make an exploit.
