The error issue in the library x86 / 32 Bit version of the Visual C++ Redistributable Package.
I restore my pc at this point, reinstall the package and ready, Pc returned to work.
My computer is a crappy Alienware Aurora with 4 processors Intel Core i7 and nVidia GeForce GTX 780
