I just bought this game, and oh my god is it fun. I wish people told me about this when I was younger.

Man, this is in museums it's so good. Here is my take on the plot:

Basically, your dad is the King of the Cosmos, and you are his son, the prince. One night, he goes on a drunken fucking rampage and destroys not only the stars, but our own Moon to boot. After all is said and done, he admits to loving the way it felt doing it, but he wants it all put back. There is only one way to accomplish this goal apparently: To make little Katamari Balls to serve as stars. Why can't the King do all this? Fuck if I know.

I recommend this to all of you who have not played it. And for those who did... Pretty good time, right?

Dude, do not even get me started. The cutscenes with the humans is the trippiest shit ever. They are square people who say weird, complex shit.

Other than that, the creativity in this game is amazing for its time, and received some pretty good reviews/awards. It was put in a New York Museum, cannot remember what one.

It is the most happy feeling game ever. Until you think for a second about what you are actually doing to these people. But that makes the game more fun.

I bought the Soundtrack to it, and I am gonna order the PS3 game, "Katamari Forever" on the first along with the most amazing game I have ever seen, "Nidhogg".
